1. Who we are

altbrokercheck.info is an independent review portal publishing analysis of AIC AG. We are not a broker, not a regulated entity and do not handle client trading funds. This page explains how we treat personal data from visitors of this site.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone number and email you enter. When you browse the site we may collect standard request data: IP address, user agent, referrer and requested URL. This happens through server logs and basic analytics.

3. Why we collect it

We use contact data only to respond to your request and pass it to an AIC AG specialist if you ask us to. Log data is used to measure traffic, detect abuse and improve page performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted. Aggregated log data can be kept for longer, but in a form that cannot identify an individual visitor.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and free of charge.

6. Third-party services

We may use providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality. A current list is available on request.

7. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for material changes, show a notice on the home page for at least 14 days.
